Cancellations & Refunds
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, please call us at (403)248-4850 within 6 hoursof when your order was placed to cancel it free of charge. Orders which are not cancelled within six hours are subject to a non-refundable handling fee equivalent to 20% of the total amount of the order.
If your gift has already been shipped the purchaser will also be responsible for any applicable shipping charges.
Multiple basket orders require a 48 hour cancellation notice. Again, orders which are not cancelled within the 48 hours are subject to a non-refundable handling fee equivalent to 20% of the total amount of the order. All deposits will be non-refundable.
